Ingredients: 2 cups maize flour (cornmeal) and 4 cups water.
to make beef stew: 500g beef cubes; 2 tablespoons frying oil; 1 chopped onion; 2 chopped tomatoes; 2 minced garlic cloves.
1 teaspoon ginger, minced.
1 teaspoon paprika.
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander powder.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 cups of beef broth or water. Optional: garnish with chopped cilantro.
